In 2023, she founded Kairos & Tola to turn insight into influence, and to connect Global North resources with Global South opportunity. Since then, she has helped guide over $200 million toward visionary initiatives — supporting leaders and organizations to grow their visibility, deepen their credibility, and forge the partnerships that unlock scale, sustainability, and lasting impact.

Tola’s 20-year career spans senior roles at global agencies including Freuds Group, Ogilvy, Weber Shandwick, and Thatcher+Co. Her client portfolio includes Mars, Mastercard, Bank of America, EY, Estée Lauder, and Mubadala. She has also served as a longtime advisor to the Business Council for International Understanding, leading CEO and ministerial delegations from across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East to the U.S., with a focus on unlocking investment and reframing market narratives.

She is a seasoned convener, having designed and launched high-impact forums and initiatives at WEF Davos, UNGA, COP, World Bank/IMF Meetings, SXSW, and CHOGM — always with an eye toward trust, alignment, and real-world momentum. She currently serves on the boards of Fauna & Flora International (under the patronage of HRH Prince William) and Goals House, a global partnership community advancing the 2030 UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Tola has lived, studied, and worked across Africa, Europe, and North America, and has traveled to more than 80 countries. She is an alumna of Drexel University and Sciences Po Paris.
